Centrifugal fans
We dedicate an infinite care to this very important component of air conditioners, which users have
always appreciated and acknowledged as silent, efficient, and extremely long lasting.
Attention is given to the motor, to the design of the Archimedean screws and of the fan wheels, to
the elastic support system that eliminates vibrations, and to the materials for the different
components.
The frames are made with strong zinc-coated sheet metal, abs, anti-shock polystyrene, glass fiber
reinforcements for impellers and screws, very pure rubber with shore 35 degrees for SSS (Stop
Shake System) shock absorbers that fix the motor to the frame.
The screws of series 3 and 4 are made with the state-of-the-art tridimensional system of Rotational
Moulding, while the ones in the other series, like the fan wheels, are all made out of injection
plastic.
All used materials can be recycled.
The motors have five speeds that can be selected from the R2000 and TR2000 control panels.
Everyone of our fans is individually balanced and tested with the different speeds; if there are
doubts, it is rejected.
We would like to point out that this attention is given to our whole range of fans, that is, fans with
air flows equal to 500 cu m/h, 1000 cu m/h, 2000 cu m/h, 4000 cu m/h, and 8000 cu m/h.
